The "Leverless" super-automatic universal tyre changer TECO100, new in its innovative and ergonomic design, has been specifically conceived for professional and super-intensive purposes and it is suitable to handle oversized and heavy car and light commercial vehicle wheels from 12" to 30".
The adoption of many patented and innovative technical solutions make this machine able to handle all the tires currently available on the international markets:
1) BEAD BREAKING SYSTEM - Lateral bead breaking system with patented rollers which performs a precise and controlled penetration under the tyre edge and a double disengagement system for free working area access: rotation of the complete bead breaking assembly and independent withdrawal of the upper arm. The roller synchronization eliminates the necessity of mirrors or cameras to check the different working steps, while the above mentioned withdrawal system is equipped with a patented pneumo-mechanical memory allowing to perform in series the bead breaking activity on wheels having the same diameter;
2) SELF-CENTERING SPINDLE - Patented system equipped with removable central locking shaft able to lock tyres from 12" to 30" without adapters and adjustments. Standard supplied with pneumatic wheel locking system (Automatic Lock);
3) HELICOIDAL TILTING SYSTEM - This patented helicoidal movement, vertical and successively lateral, avoids any possibility of damaging rim or tyre during the different working phases;
4) AUTOMATIC LEVERLESS TOOL HEAD - Patented automatic system equipped with plastic protections. Thanks to an easy, quick and completely automatic demounting procedure, no effort is required from the operator side without any risk of rim scratches or tire damages. The head movement is controlled by an on-purpose joystick.
In 2008 TECO100 has been awarded WDK / DEKRA homologation. This approval, requested by German market, confirms TECO product suitability to properly manage RUN-FLAT (reinforced side-walls) and UHP (ultra-low profiled) tyres. Available also in USA version with motoinverter.
Concerning the optional accessories or devices, the following items are also available:
IPH - Floating pneumatic device to be integrated in the vertical post which helps the operator to mount and demount particularly tough or low profile tyres (standard supplied);
IPL 2 - Pneumatic wheel lift controlled by an on-purpose pedal having working capacity of 85 Kg (standard supplied);
KIT TI - Tubeless inflating device with variable diameter setting;
KIT REVERSE RIMS - Flange for reverse rims;
KIT VAN - Fixing accessories for light commercial vehicle rims;
KIT BLIND RIMS - Fixing flange for close central hole rims.
